Search is broken; has the capabilities of a 1995 search engine.

I have used the useful LCBO APP for years. Like others, I am FURIOUS that the arrogant and incompetent marketers at LCBO decided they could simply destroy our saved data listing our favourite products, unilaterally and without warning. Now, they want us to "register" to save favourite products. Presumably, so they can track our individual preferences. To better market to us individually. Privacy be damned. Lets complain to Ontarios privacy commissioner. Worse, the APP is generally harder to use, with teeny search print and graphics. Their clueless IT folks apparently are unable to format for mobile phone screens. Might as well just use my phones browser. In short, this so-called update with extra "features" is actually a huge DOWNGRADE from the previous version. Lets start a social media campaign to shame them, and bring back the previous version.

Im very disappointed in this new app- my valued list of favourites has been wiped out!! I used this very frequently while in the store. Ive spent years accumulating this list. I also prefer to see stick for multiple stores at once, not just closest.

Terrible update. All favourites are gone. Interface is non-intuitive. Have to give it 1 star just to rate it but would like to give -1. The app cant even find a single store to select as favourite. Nice to see our Ontario tax dollars being wasted on useless programming. Previous app was perfect to be honest. Easy to use and extremely straightforward. Why change just to change. Will delete this app now.

I used to this app a lot. Hate this version. The upgrade deleted all my favourites, required you to get an account to use the favourites feature, and is hard to search. The old app was far better, albeit limited. Wish I could revert to the previous version.

I like the look and the feel of this app. It helps me find the information I am looking for.

The latest update deletes all items you saved. So before downloading, you will need to record all your favourites and the address of your local store. Also be prepared to accept a contract for use then provide a surprising amount of personal data to questionable reasons. The previous version worked fine and now I get to figure out how to reload it.

Previous version allowed searching inventory in province or checking in a particular city. This one seems only able to search nearby unless you have favourite" locations. That requires a registration. Already having a username and password for on line purchases, why would I need to create a different account. The web-based account should interface with app. That would generate better data for LCBO as well. All a customers searches, purchased, etc. on one place.

The previous major revision broke a lot of what worked best in this app. This version is completely unusable. As an employee, this app used to be a valuable resource for aiding customers and locating stock; search results are now garbled, incoherent, random.

If you like to try different wines this app is perfect! We were using this app to check sweetness values at the restaurant.

Love this app!!!!!

Very handy app - easy to use and does what it says it will. Could be even better with a couple more functions, like a shopping list and a way to add notes to favorites.

Please update for iPhone 5 and later. Thank you.
